My recent visit to Bargain City was an eye-opening experience. It is clear that the business is thriving but in desperate need of fine tuning. It is vital for business to be efficient that some systems are put in place. Customer volume, manpower and organization needs to be addressed. Giving the customer the best experience is always the goal. Without order and structure, the experience of the customer is compromised. I have some possible solution s to help address the core issues. The solutions will immensely improve the customer experienced while promoting efficiency and productivity for the company.
